Is there a tiered version system for Hostbill (like how cpanel does it)?

Is there a tiered version of releases for Hostbill?  Or must we always be forced to upgrade to the latest bleeding-edge version that is released every Friday?

(I've noticed it is too common that a new major bug is introduced in a Friday release. I want to try and avoid that from happening.)

For example, the cpanel company has four tiers of releases:  EDGE, CURRENT, RELEASE, and STABLE

QuoteEDGE - Essentially a beta1 version.  (Possibly some major functionality bugs.)
CURRENT - Could be considered last beta version before going to RELEASE tier  (Fewer bugs.)
RELEASE - This is the fully tested and stable version that should be used for production.   (Not very many bugs, certainly nothing major)
STABLE - This is an older version, well tested and stable, but doesn't have all latest functionality.

Does HostBill have something similar? I don't think FOUR release tiers are necessary... but perhaps TWO could be useful:

QuoteBETA -- Has all latest functionality and features.  Possibly has some major bugs.
STABLE -- This can be used in production.  Most bugs are fixed and should be stable.

Then perhaps Kris could release a new BETA version every Friday as normal... and a new STABLE version only once per month.

So this way, we won't suffer from sudden major new bugs that are introduced by accident on a Friday release, if we choose to use the STABLE tier.

I hope that makes sense?

No sadly, there is not.

You can however upgrade individual modules if necessary. (A little dangerous if a database update is required) - This would just involve you copying the file changes to the module directory. HostBill will not be prompted to upgrade, but again this is dangerous because there're no notices of if a database update is required.
