"PayPal balance: 0.00 EUR" even if money present..

I got "PayPal balance: 0.00 EUR" on Hostbill admin area even if money present..

Plugin "PayPal Balance" is installed ,if I click on "Show Last Transactions" it shows the existing transactions but main info is "PayPal balance: 0.00 EUR" . How to fix that ?
