PLESK Server IP not appearing on emails

Dear All,

No matter what variable I use, when a customer signs up to a PLESK hosting account the Server IP variable will not display the automated email they receive.  I have tried using the below when editing the email template:

- {$service.ip}
- {$service.additional_ip}
- {$server.ip}

None of the above work.  The PLESK IP is correct in the automation/application.  I just can't find the right template variable.

Any ideas?
