Support Tickets not available

Hi Guys

I'm running into some problems activating support module (ticketing system). I activated all the available Supports Modules but the Support Settings (Creating Department etc.) are not showing up in the portal. Hostbill says that the feature is not activated(picture in the attachment). We are running on the newest version of hostbill (2014-09-19). If the client try to open a ticket via the client portal it says  "There is no active support departments at the moment"

The Plugins showed in this guide are not available int the plugin list.

When did you purchase HostBill?   The support module is NOT included in new versions.  You have to purchase the module separately.

Thanks for you very helpful answer.

We purchased HostBill in August 2013. I need the Support functionality now . I don't used it before but I know that in November 2013 I tried out the support functionality. Since there we just update always to the new version. Do you know in which update the Support functionality was removed and relaunched as separate module ?

It's kind of strange that we buyed a package with all the functions and then HB takes out the module and sold this separatly :(

Its quite strange - and maybe someone else in the community can add some history.

We bought a licence in October 2013.  I have a memory that the Support/Ticketing system was included.  However, I then see that I bought the ticketing systems in January 2014.  So maybe it was taken out between October and January?  It was $99 at the time so we just bought it and moved on.

Anyone else have this issue?  Does this chime true with them as well?
