Paypal IPN Not Verified

Hi

After upgrade we dont have anymore paypal feedback about transactions
In gateway log all transactions ar marked with failure and log ends with [_verification] => IPN Not Verified
Does someone have similar issue ? Or maybe paypal have changed something ?
Any ideas ?

We are using the 4th of September HostBill version and the PayPal plugin does display the last transactions for us.  This would suggest that PayPal has not changed anything as any version would break.

This could be a bug - the only way to test for sure is to roll back to previous version and see if the issue persists.

Is this problem solved and how because I just migrate it my hostbill VPS to another provider and PayPal IPN fails http://www.hostbillforums.com/index.php/topic,1427.0.html .
