Possible bug in 2014-09-11 version

We have upgraded 26-09 and the issue is now resolved.  The Changelog states the below:

1411395748 [Support] Notification for tickets created by admin are not sent

So it looks like this was fixed by KBKP but the ID does not match with the bug ID's logged from myself or datacenter1

Doesn't surprise me we put a few in for the proxmox module and they stated they wanted our login details to debug the issue. I know some of you use the ticketing system with hostbill we don't believe that tickets should be charged for as most of us were legacy client and this never happened and now that prices are so high he wants to charge for tickets too its crazy, anyways It would be nice to send the login details to them but there is no way we are going to do it in a bug form with no knowledge where its going to. Nice way to secure a system =D.
