Updated Hostbill a week or two ago, and it said there was a new plugin as seen here:

New plugin versions found:
Support Fields (class.supportfields.php) - local version: 1.0, new version: 1.4

I get this error: Upgrade: failed
Unable to extract archive file supportfields_latest.zip

Any thoughts?

Try to do a manual extract and see if that resolved the issue.

so redownload the full package from hostbillapp, and unzip it over top of everything? I do not have supportfields_latest.zip and do not know how to download just that one file ..... got a URL on hostbill's website?

When you login to the server is that file already in the folder and not extracted? Is that a paid module that you don't have access to? What version of hostbill license do you have?

Old version, that I guess you would say is complete before the new model kicked in. I have no zip file on the server, I have no paid plugins.

All I did was update the major version, then after that, got a message that a new plugin was available, then that fails.

The main upgrade worked, so it downloaded and unzipped, this is a second smaller update.
