After using a heavily customised version Autopilot (AP) for 10 years we decided to take the leap and migrate to Hostbill.

With over 25,000 records to migrate the process hasn't been easy and we are still left with many bugs/issues to resolve. Unfortunately, our developer who was helping iron out the problems has gone off long term sick.

We need a developer with in-depth knowledge of HB to work with us for a few months while we sort out the migrations problems and bugs.

Here are some of the issues we are facing:

- Domains bought at the same time as a hosting package are not auto registering. (we are currently doing this manually) - We're using Directi

- Whois privacy is broken and is charging customers random amounts

- We want to be able to export email lists and other data for subsets of customers. for example being able to automatically list and contact the premium hosting customers, or the business hosting customers.  At the moment we are having to generate this list by hand.

- Lots of other niggly problems as well. Too many to list.
