Hi,

Someone knows how this works?

How is this calculated?

We have deleted our first year of working (just for test) and it didn't changed. How can we restart it?

Thank you.

Kind regards,

DeLeTe Me

I would like to know this as well, since one of our departmetns average response time got broken and is -1000 something hours.

OMG..

Also would be useful to know when it starts to count. Because we also us a custom status for On Hold and the In-progress status. Do they count?

Thanks!

Has anyone cleared the cache and see if the rating was still showing incorrectly? You do have an option to disable it maybe try to turn the feature on than off. If it doesn't work might need to dig in the mysql database or submit a bug request to kris.
