Disable client email modification

Is possible to disable this function for clients?

Just to be totally clear, you want to disable the email that a client receives after he/she changes their account email address?  Is that right?

Nopes... I want to disable the ability for clients to modify their main email address for notification and access. And request them to open a ticket to modify it.

Go into HostBill Admin then...

Clients --> Registration Fields --> Email Address --> Edit --> Advanced.

Then un-tick 'Editable'.  See screenshot for ease.

How strange - I cannot understand why that is locked.

What version of HostBill are you running?

Could it be because i added them with the premade fields?

I don't know.  The reason being is that you cannot even delete that field.  In my version, I can edit but cannot delete.  I HAVE to have this field in the Client Registration.

This must be a database setting that makes this locked for editing but racking my brains to think why I have this options and you don't for a default addition.
