Paypal CC GW - order total is invalid

Most of our users pay with paypal or checks/bank wires. Somebody just tried paying with a CC through HB for the first time in months, and it's not going through. We store currency at 4 decimal places and display at 3, wondering if that might be related?

Anybody run into this?

Can I assume that they are paying with Credit Card via PayPal?  If not, what Gateway are they using?

Sorry, meant to mention that. Using the "Paypal Website Payment Pro CreditCard processor" module.

I can't confess to knowing that Gateway - we only use Standard PayPal / Direct Wire.

I did do a quick search on google ("https://www.google.co.uk/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=order+total+is+invalid+10401&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&gfe_rd=cr&ei=X2L2U8WzMMHX8geIuYCADw#q=order+total+is+invalid+10401&rls=en") and found quite a lot of other posters.  I am not sure if this is going to help you or not but you do not seem alone.

Happy to discuss further to bounce ideas off but may need some deeper information to help diagnose - especially with wider community input.

Your amount seems to be zero as stated above.  Could this not be the issue?

Yeah I've been digging through a similar Google search. My feeling is it's something specific in HB. I've set enable_debug=true in config.php, not seeing any additional logs/errors, though...

The invoice I'm trying to charge has a value, so if HB is setting it to 0 before sending to PP, that's HB, not the invoice...

Hmmmm.  This could be a bug introduced via an update.  If your search/logs prove inconclusive then it may need a $75 ticket for KBKP to look at the issue.  Worth checking first to be sure, but I have a bad feeling on this one.

Coming up on 2 weeks, no response from HB yet, and issue not resolved in the last 2 updates. Will give another week or so before I reach out to say hi.

For clarity, you have paid $75 and you have not heard back from KBKP within 2 weeks?  Not even an acknowledgment?

Understood,  You may wait some time for this but keen to hear more as and when you do.

It would also be good to have a new benchmark on bugs being repaired.  There are people within the community who say a few weeks and others who have not had bugs fixed despite adding years ago.
