Hi

I updated the Hostbill installation today, with the version -     2014-08-11

After the update, I am not able to go to the Settings -> Apps menu option.

As I click on Apps, I am getting the following error -

Uh oh! Something went wrong ...
PHP [Error]: Call to undefined method PDOStatement_mysql::fetchColumn() IN includes/modules/Site/servers/models/class.servers_model.php(721)

Pls. suggest some solution to resolve the same, as I am not able to add/modify the servers/apps now.

Kind Regards,
Harbir Ghai

I do not have this issue so it might be one of the modules and apps that are causing the issue.
Kind regards,

Hi

Do you know what this file refers to -

includes/modules/Site/servers/models/class.servers_model.php

BRJP

I don't and when I look at the file it is encrypted.

Can you remember what servers/apps you had within HostBill?  I suspect (but I don't know) that you have something active that is causing the issue.  We do not have this issue at all with the same HostBill version so it must be something specific to your installation/configuration.

I have many servers in this Apps menu already -
VMware, Proxmox, Plesk, Cpanel

Everything was working fine and suddenly it broke after the update was applied.
Rest all of the App is working fine, but I am not able to add more servers now.

Can you possibly give me this file for testing / replacing on my installation.

Kind Regards.

BRJP

Please send me an email address to send the file to and I would be happy too.
Kind regards,

Hi and thanks for the concern,
I don't require this file, and I did find the issue of the problem -

In the config.php file, I found this entry -

// It looks like your server dont have PDO support, or you're missing PDO_MYSQL driver, please remove flag below if you've updated yourser
$force_fake_pdo=true;

I commented this setting to -

// $force_fake_pdo=true;

Everything started working perfect.
