500 Internal Server Error (502 Bad gateway) after latest update 08/08/14

We are seeing 500 Internal Server Error (502 Bad gateway) after latest update 08/08/14

No amount of increasing PHP memory limits or server reboots help.

I've disabled nginx completely but it hasnt heped.

Are you able to send the error from the nginx log file please?  This will show the type of error when using NGINX.  Also, please send exrtracts (at time of error) from the error log in /var/logs/.  You should be able to find something to help us hone into the issue.

How is is going?  These errors have also plagued us but we have managed to stabilise through our PLESK function and the use of PHP-FPM support for nginx.

Dear All,

I have resurrected this thread as we are experiencing this issue on an intermittent basis.  We use NGINX and 90% of the time the Client Portal is just fine.  Every now and again we get a 502 BAD Gateway Error. 

Has anyone had any experience here?  If so, what questions can you ask to help us diagnose where the fault could lye within the configuration of HostBill or the Hardware itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
