The themes are nice, but its not Hostbill. And the forum title is misleading, its not WHMCS (the company) that is making those themes Hostbill (the company) is making way better themes (design wise) than WHMCS IMO.

And i rather make my own Hostbill theme, with a unique design and skip wordpress/other cms as front-end

I felt quite spooked out by the HEXA theme!  It is extremely close to a HostBill design or two we know.
