Resellerclub Issues

Hello everyone,

We have 2 problems while using Resellerclub module:

• When 1 customer purchases a .com via resellerclub module it registers correctly but in hostbill it appears "pending" and so ends with a "pending registration" (in the Resellerclub websyte it appears registered). We have tested others registrars like "virtualname" module and it works correctly, when a customer buys a domain it registers and appears in HB as ACTIVE. Do you know why we have to change the state to "active" manually?
• By the other hand, we are unable to register .ES domains with resellerclub, with Virtualname we don't have this problem.

Do you know if there is a bug in resellerclub module?

I have the same issue, also privacy settings are not honored. I think resellerclub changed something and hostbill didn't.

I checked my log and I see this where it fails;

---

Maybe 30 seconds is too short.

It still doesn't explain the missing privacy settings though.
