Ticket Ratings: Your current admin role doesn't allow you to see this content

When I click on ticket ratings (index.php?cmd=supportrating) I receive this message:

Where are you clicking on ratings?  In the Admin area or in the client area?

I am currently on 2014-05-23:2014 I try to leave a week or 2 before I upgrade to make sure all the bugs or at least the ones that are found are fixed first. Try to revert the upgrade if possible if not are you seeing anything in the error logs?
