Cloudstack 4.3 firewall issue

Bug Description: There is no ingress firewall rule add section appear in Cloudstack client function page

Setup
Cloudstack - 4.3
Hostbill - 2014-05-23:2014

You can see attactment, there is no way to add rule to ingress traffic.
So, I add some rule e.g. tcp - 22 - 22 - 0.0.0.0/0 , and refresh the above page.
Cloudstack control panel is a rule existed, but don't exist in Hostbill above page.

Another question, I add a egress in Outbound firewall.
There is a warning "Egress firewall rules are not supported for Shared networks" with red background in Hostbill.

But in my understand, both ingress and egress rule can apply to  shared network.
So, I think there is some problem on this.

I am facing similar issue here. The problem is hostbill create a new domain hence generated a new security group that came with default inbound deny.
Still trying to figure out how to overcome this and preset inbound firewall rules doesn't seem to work for me.

Any kind soul had resolved this issue?
1. Advance Network with Shared network + security group.   This is essential for anti ip spoofing etc.
