Cloudstack 4.3 password issues

Bug Description: I cannot login to Cloudstack control panel created by hostbill

Setup
Cloudstack - 4.3
Hostbill - 2014-05-23:2014

I bought a Cloudstack package in my client page and login to the customer page.
There is a Access Cloud Stack button to redirect to the Cloudstack control panel and have the login and password.
I use the information to login into Cloudstack control panel and get "Invalid username or password".

Then, go to the Account in Hostbill admin page and reset the password by "Change password" button, no success.
Then, reset the password in Cloudstack control panel, successful.

So, I think, is there any problem to the password function ?
