Can Hostbill to automatically detect country of the client navigating the website and change language accordingly ?

I would make sure that someone proofs the different languages used.  I found the default languages were not quite right or as professional as I wanted.  I tweaked the phrases in the databases but I would have to do this for other languages as well if I was going global.
