How do you create a custom login page on your own website that logs you into, for example, the HB client area.

In short, a login form on your own websites that parses the login details to HostBill and logs you in.

Is this Hooks or an API thing?

Enable plugin HTML Integration and then go to extras -> HTML integration and it will give you the form script to add to your web site.

If you are looking for some type of "single sign on" type of thing, that I am unable to assist with.
