Module Plugin creation?
« on: May 22, 2014, 06:08:54 PM »
Are we still able to create plugins or modules with Hostbill? I thought I read somewhere that it doesn't work anymore.

I wanted to create a module that would reload OS via PXE.

Is this wiki still working?

I am not sure if it works but KBKP's terms and conditions are, sadly, as below:

===========

Third party extension development

For licenses purchased after 26th May 2013 KBKP Software S.C. is only allowed author of extensions for HostBill application. Extension is any PHP file in includes/modules directory of HostBill and any entry in hb_modules_configuration of HostBill database

===========
Kind regards,

That is correct, technically it may still work but legally only licenses before May 26, 2013 can develop plugins, extensions, etc per his license agreement.

To be honest I don't know if maybe he even removed the option in new licenses to use plugins or extensions or he could in the future for licenses which do not allow custom development.

But it does work fine in my license. All hooks, plugin, etc for development work and its not hard to develop something either.
