VMware 5 issue

I am trying to get the VMWare Version: 1.26 module to work. I put in the information and click test configuration and I receive this error;

Test did not compleate, check your error logs for more information.

I looked around on the hostbill logs, apache, and vmware server and found nothing. Was wondering which log should I be looking at?

Maybe a firewall configuration, check the network flow.
I saw this problem already, was firewall.
