I'm confused, are the support tickets in help.hostbillapp.com free? Or do they also charge $75/ticket there?

I'm guessing they'll be either ignored, or won't work at all. I haven't tried it yet, or even noticed them. Give it a shot, see what happens (Unless someone else has had the privilege of opening up a ticket there).

You can't submit support tickets via help.hostbillapp.com. It's solely for submitting bugs.

You submit a bug, and other users "vote" on whether the bug affects them as well. There is no response to the bugs I've submitted, and I don't see any responses to the other bugs reported by others.
