Sending HTML message to client via API

Hello HB team,

There is a SendMessage method in HB API but does not support sending HTML messages.  We need this method to have an optional argument for sending as HTML message. Also we want it to use the HTML wrapper set in General Settings->Mail section in admin area.

I wish this little feature come in tomorrow's release.
