'Rebuild' option its not present on 'Overview'

I created several KVM VPS plans using SolusVM API, but I see 'Rebuild' option its not present on 'Overview'. Why this happent, and how to enable it ?

anyone know how to fix this problem ? Or on KVM VPS 'rebuild' is not available ?

It looks like KVM VPS does not support Rebuild OS option on HostBill.
