Issue with the extra penny added to metered billing is still present. I can't upgrade because of this and it's getting annoying.

Yes seems there are still a few bugs in the the previous versions i am still testing everything I can't wait to update and test everything again. j/k  LOL for some this is a great learning tool for development and bug tracking for others that have to pay developers and support cost to get it working again i feel for them and understand the frustration.

Email is still not working. I am using Remote login to mailbox (POP Method) with no luck  :'( Make sure it set correctly otherwise import will fail.

Okay!!!!! And FINALLY!!! :)

This seems to be fixed. At least it's working for me now. Imports never really worked well anyway, but I've been bombarding my departmens for the past few hours and I'm finally satisfied that it's working properly for the first time in two years.  Here's what I see that had to occur before everything worked correctly for me after sitting on version 4.9.0 for a while...


       
  • apply the patch - hostbill_patch4.9.0_4470.zip

       
  • upgrade to - hostbill_version4.9.2.zip (mine still reported needing a cloudstack plugin and the 4.9.0 patch at this point)

       
  • upgrade to - hostbill_version4.9.4.zip (still reported needing cloudstack plugin and 4.9.0 patch) - ticket imports don't work at all at this point, they lack a "To", as you can see in the screenie below. the next step fixes this.

       
  • apply the patch - hostbill_patch4.9.4_4485.zip (mess with running cron on cli and forcing nightly crons, etc... finally reports as current w/no patches or out of date plugins)



I can say that I'm very happy now that this works. I prolly have little reason to be so elated considering the nightmare involved, having to wait to update, wondering what is broken now, and all the other things that are still broken, but after two freakin' years people who set up their From's in their emails to be more aesthetically pleasing (Like MaryJane@Spiderman.com) can actually send an email to open or respond to a support ticket, and I can receive emails in my support departments advertised/branded as Support@MyBitchenHostingCompany.com too - as you can see in the screenie above.

For that, I almost (*almost) lost my head for a minute and opened a license ticket at kbkp thanking him for the fix.
