Has Anyone Connected Xero To Hostbill?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone managed to connect Xero To Hostbill?

We've tried on and off for months and still haven't managed to it!

Does anyone have any ideas?

I use Quickbooks.  i just followed the instructions. Worked straight away. 8)

Do you have Mod security on?  Did you check the firewall logs to see if the outbound connection is blocked.  Did you check the certs you uploaded to xero?  looks like an authentication error.   Is there any info from xero?  Did you contact them to see if you are blocked or maybe you need to give them some info like you IP.

I have, they stated it was a Hostbill problem.

Did you go to your Xero account and do the Obtaining credentials from Xero

Obtaining credentials from Xero
First of all you must have an active Xero account.

Log in to your Xero developer account.

For App configuration you can use certificate located in module directory, if you generate your own files update appropriate fields in the module's configuration with path to your files.

To use the Xero service you must have a create private app:

Go to the top menu of the page  My apps
Click on the New App button
Enter the App name and Organisation
Upload your certificate (.cer or .crt) file
Next select the checkbox "Agree Terms" and click on the Create app button
Copy the Consumer Key and enter it in the appropriate field in the module's configuration
Copy the Consumer Secret and enter it in the appropriate field in the module's configuration
