SSL Orderpage v2 - Direct cart links

Hello,

Direct cart links are not working, have reported this as a bug (since direct cart links is a listed feature) but no answer from Hostbill for 6 months.

Do anyone have a solution for this?

Hello,

I tested on you site, same problem.

It does not activate the right product tab when going from site with direct cart link to hostbill. It always marks first tab/SSL-product.

For years now we noticed this issue but no way to fix.

Its not fixed for me, it goes all the way to step 4.
Customers would have to click on step 1 and start over.

Very confusing.

I assume you re-downloaded the order template.  Not totally sure you need to.  Also did you clear the browser cache and the Template_c cache?  Again just suggestions not sure you need to.

I updated via hostbill feature which normally include all fixes/updates.
Yes, I have cleared cache in all different ways.

Does not work as it should but its almost there lol

Ok cool.  So it's doing something different?  than before?  So he did change something?
