Cost increase not passing on in PayPal?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to increase the monthly PayPal fee?

I increased our prices this year because almost all of our suppliers increased there's last year.

But, we can't seem to increase our customer price within Hostbill/PayPal.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Does no one know how to force through a price increase?

PayPal mainly.

That's not what I'm after.

Product A has had a price increase for example - £4.99 > £7.99.

But Hostbill/PayPal has not increased the price in PayPal.

You mean your existing customers are not paying the new price? That is "normal" in Hostbill, every single service instance has it's own price. You can't mass update from the admin panel, but doing so through an SQL query is simple enough.

That's annoying. I've reported it as a bug.

Where am I looking? To do that?

Thanks.
