After a Customer has started a downgrade i've seen that the price for the next invoice was wrong. Regular the downgraded product costs 6,90 € / month but HostBill shows a price of 2,90 € for the next invoice what is wrong, because the price is 6,90 € not 2,90 € so is this also a bug? or some wrong configuration from me?

Someone also have this problem? Or can reproduce this?

Quick Question - is this just the next invoice or ALL ?
Could it be that there was a credit ?   (not sure - have to test myself) but this hit me while on the road w/ the kids - so wont be able to test from my tablet until tonight.

Is this a prorated amount? if guess would be the proper question

Danny

The customer before has a product that costs 16,90 € and downgraded this to a product that costs 6,90 € so he get the balance of 8,XX € (the products a solusVM VPS).

Then i have take a look into HB under the services of this customer and see "Recurring Amount" stands on 2,90 € so that is all was happend.

The customer told me that at the downgrade process stands the new price for next invoice is 2,90 €.

There was a credit of 6,66 € i think before + 8,XX after downgrade
