Ticketing System Responses

Has anyone logged a ticket recently? I have tried to contact the guys at Hostbill regarding a  DNS query and I have yet to receive a response or update in two weeks. I have also bee trying the contact number on their website to which nobody is answering.

You must be new to Hostbill  ;)
Don't expect any response at all or if you do get a response don't expect it to be helpful.
The software (usually) works but that's about all that can be said about the developer.

If  you describe your issue here in the forum you are more likely to get a reply

Are you contacting using paid support or another method?
