Dedicated Server Orderpage
« on: March 20, 2017, 11:38:58 AM »
Has anyone a solution to the following problem?

Whenever HostBill makes an Auto Update, the Logo will be deleted and the standard image that comes with HostBill will be in the order page again. Second has anyone tried to add a Field like Location to the overview page? There is only 3 headers and I would like to add a 4. Any ideas how to do that?

Hi Marky96,

If you have any screenshots that would be helpful for us to get a better understanding of the issue.  I think I understand but want to be sure.....
Kind regards,

I assume you overwrite the hostbill logo file. In that case you need to add the filepath in the auto updater's exclusion list so that he doesn't overwrite it again.

Not sure what you mean with the headers on the order overview page though.

So basically before, every update I have two server images in place on that page and after the update, they are gone and replaced with the standard placeholder and the custom text is gone too...

Hi,

The contents you are changing are in the header & footer section of that particular order page so, you can just include the header & footer files in the exclude list on the autoupgrade page in "List of files/folders to exclude" and save it.

Exclude these files:

templates/orderpages/dedicated/cart_header.tpl
templates/orderpages/dedicated/cart_footer.tpl

Hope that helps you.

Thanks.
