Ridiculous slow bugreport processing

I'm wondering if it's just me due to the large amount of bug reports we are sending in, but the catastrophical bad bug report response has gotten a lot worse lately, see attached picture.
Most bugs are not even acknowledged, some get closed along the lines of "cannot reproduce" and need 1-2 more reports until he finally actually checks and accepts the bug. This is not even including the bug reports we sent via the old system where most bugs were just dropped at the end.
