And in true form, the latest IPAM update created a new bug.  Now under client view, if you click IPAM it would appear as if it's loading but it stays blank.  I guess this also answers the big question that we're not receiving updates anymore.  My hostbill isnt' asking to update at least

I've reported the download issue to Kris already. Just gotta wait on a response.

How? Through the licensing department?  I'd have contacted them myself but it states licensing department tickets will be closed unless it's license related.

Your download is license related. If you no longer have access to downloads, then you have an invalid / expired license. This is my logic, and therefore should be addressed in the licensing department. Otherwise, nobody's getting updates anymore.

You have a point there.  Never thought of it that way.  I won't submit anything so i'll wait.  I don't plan to update but i want the download each week for my own archive.  The auto update is also not being triggered oddly

I didn't pay $99, I've submitted a licensing ticket. It's licensing related, so qualifies for a free submission.

Well at least some good new, i dont know why the other guy paid for same problems as you and KBKP accepted, really weird.

This new model of business promotes only ever developing new things (ie. new revenue generators) and not caring at all about bugs or previous modules, etc., since no money is to be made from it. Or, he'll just make a new version of the module and make it a different pay version.

enddo

To be honest;

Onapp is good model for him.
He got paid and developed more for onapp and got it better.
ı am not using it but as far as ı saw from companies they are using it without a big problems.

So instead of developing every module. Working on more interested ( and paid) modules would be better for Pajak.

There is one point that I disagree in this model is every module shouldn't be in same prices.
For instance; ManualSSL and onapp.
Are they have same development time? I don't think so.
For instance manualSSL would be like 1/10 price of onapp module if gets more sales and developed more features on it; price might be increased in next days.

And core.
Stable core everytime brings more customer and plugin sales.
This system has good automation arhitecture and some small bugs.
What we need is good bug keeping report system.
Pajak has started it.
If he adds more options on it like more versioning commenting etc.
I believe that this comunity (old hostbill users) will work as beta tester, bug reporter for that system.
Because we use hostbill for our system.
Some guys here really do this even in this forum; we know this. (thanks Lawrance)
Even; opening bug report moderation would be an option.

You mean 597$ for those new modules and features correct?

Because they posted in the page that bug corrections and new features for things you already own will be free. So if we want the 2 new order forms, and pingdom, yes it would be 597$ if you want all 3 of them

But all bugs and features for things you already purchased or own should be free after reading their news announcements several times.

Its not that bad if you think about it, the pingdom module seems nice.
