HostBill bug reports

Hi,

i had some bug reports open with HostBill and everytime if i answer to them and let the subject with "case XXX" on it, they get my answers on there bug tracker. So now they have write me again an i have answered them, but since this week it seems to be that they do not get this answers.

Also if i open a new Bug report over there site, this will not open a new case on the bug tracker. Has someone the same problem ?

Hi Danny,

Hmmmm - I have not opened a bug report for a while.  When I next do this then I will let you know.

In the meantime, if anyone else in the community is about to open a bug report then please report back here!

Hi,

i have got an email from them today. They had some issues with the emails, that is fixed now. They have now received all emails.
