Observium issue

[hostpalace]

We having problem with observium, tried to contact hostbill, but our support expired.

we using observium version : Observium CE 0.14.11.6000

but the api from hostbill have which is tested on : Observium CE 0.14.8.5766

Issues we have :

1. 95% billing count always wrong.
2. if we assign 2 ethernet port, then total bandwidth count is wrong for total bandwidth.

Please fix them, just because of observium and onapp we moved from whmcs to hostbill, and now hostbill not replying to email to fix them.
