Open new tickets, finished orders BROKEN after last update

hello,

since last update Version: 2015-05-04, my clients cannot open new tickets and finished news orders on Client area.

Opening news Tickets
after fill al forms and click "send" the page stay loading. I receive new ticket on admin but for client the page still loading and client guess they don't receive and click again.

Same issue occur on orders.

How can i fix this ? Any ideas ?

Hi,

have you used the auto updater to get version 2015-05-04 ? Hostbill Announced via email that the auto updater is EOL and should not be used for this update.

I have no problems with Version 2015-05-04. Tickets and orders a working as it should be.

You can try to manually upload the new files from version 2015-05-04 again and see if it will work.

I don't use Auto upgrade, i have downloaded files from hostbill box account uploaded files and after that....problems...

Have you tried to upload all files again? and check if it works than? What client area theme are you using? Have you tried another client area theme ?

I assume this has now been fixed as the test ticket submission worked for me?
