Billing cycle for domains
« on: April 05, 2015, 03:44:23 AM »
Hello,
is it possible to generate invoices for a customer only once a month?
For example the customer orders 10 domains in one month and every domain on a different day, there should be generated a invoice only on for example the last day of this month.
This should reduce the management effort because there are generated much less invoices that have to be paid.
Thanks for your answer.

Regards
Samiko

Hello, yes this is possible through prorated invoices. You have a specific billing day of the month, and you're good to go. How this would work for domains, I'm not sure as they're yearly and the renewal dates could possibly be 20 days prior to the prorated due date. They'd be expired for 20 days when their invoice is finally due.
