Cloud Server Provider and HostBill Module - Any Views

We sell Virtual Servers but manually set them up for various reasons I won't bore you with here!

We are looking to find a) a cloud server provider and b) a HostBill module that works quite well with that cloud server provider.

Anyone have any good experiences to share and advise me where to go/look?
