Support module not found (a no support from HB either)

I'm not able to install support module. It is not available anywhere. It is supposed to be under "Settings/Modules", but it is not. Please. We need this software to be working properly as soon as possible. Any ideas of what the problem could  be?
On the other hand I'm trying to open a ticket because I bought a license in 12th of December and I'm getting this error message:

"Your access to support has expired.

Access to support is available 30 days after license purchase, after that, to improve support quality we've introduced fee $75/ticket"

Obviously this is impossible. It's been only a few days since I bought the license. So I don't know what to do or who to ask. Really frustrating.

Support Module is a paid extra. You have to license it and then download it from your HostBill control panel.

If you are having issues with your support after buying a license, you should log a ticket under the license section and not the support section.  Include your customer number and state that you purchased on the 12th of December and your support should not have run out before the 12th of Janaury.
