I'm just curious if anyone's gotten OpenSRS (domains) working for their HostBill install and looking to troubleshoot a few issues with a colleague's website. I don't have much details now, I just wanna know if anyone's using it in a live environment.

If you got it working, do you have any specific tips on how you got it setup? Thanks!

Yes, setup is pretty straightforward, what problem are you having?

Well, the plugin demonstrates a successful test. The firewall ports are open for both of OpenSRS's requested ports. here's the information being shot out.

23:10 Module (OpenSRS): Authentication Error. For support regarding domain.TLD, please contact your reseller, CompanyName via thefollowing: CompanyName, email@CompanyName ########## This company may be contacted for domain login/passwords, DNS/Nameserver changes, and general domain support questions.
23:10 Module (OpenSRS): Can't get cookie from server
23:10 Module (OpenSRS): Authentication Error.
23:10 Module (OpenSRS): Can't get domain info from the server

I just can't seem to get it working for them. It's strange that the test passes in the apps page.
- This test was with a .it domain. (Italy) - And it affects .coms as well.
- This error appears when you synchronize the domain or perform any domain related actions that need to be passed to OpenSRS.

Did you check to see if opensrs has created an account when you test it in the dev environment?

Are this for domains already registered before?

In that case OpenSRS will not sync domains with Hostbill. It can only sync data with domains created by hostbill, because hostbill has no way to know the username/password of this domains.

For already existing domains you need to also use the plugin called OpenSRS integration and set each username/password manually for domains already registered. Otherwise you will get exactly the errors you pointed out, authentication errors.
