Paypal instant notification fail ! HELP !

After full VPS migration ( IP too) - paypal instant notification fail ! HELP ! Clients pay their bills but hostbill doesn't know it ! I tried everything : change IPN on paypal , run cronjob on VPS, triggered IPN link nothing works. I need urgent help.

Anyone managed to find what is going on ? Is it due to my VPS migration or paypal temporarily problem ??

Have you reviewed to make sure all the folder and file permissions are correct? Did you make sure that the server settings are correct? What is the error your getting when trying to process it? Make sure you clear any cache and make sure your paypal settings are in both hostbill and paypal are correct try saving all the fields.

There is no problem with this. PayPal changed something once again.

I'm in the same boat  It means that hostbill need to make changes to their plugin because code is encrypted.

What paypal plugin and account type are you using? What settings do you have selected I do not see those errors in my gateway log.

Hostbill native PayPal plugin - PayPal Gateway from 2014-10-17 Version: 2.0 Filename: class.paypal.php
Business account.
I think it depends on country or world region, I believe (if this is same problem as 1 month ago) this problem appears only for some europe accounts.

Anyone interested in making open-source version of PayPal plugin for hostbill?

I never have such problems since one year, I migrated the VPS via SolusVM to another datacenter , actually I think I have one paid invoice after. Today 5 clients reported they have paid and their services were not active and invoice shows not paid. I started to investigate simulating orders with small values $0.01 and the same hostbill does not know the payment is made. I looked over the google and found paypal IPN test ,I made test and was successful for paypal but I received error you can see the newest errror in image.

I have the same problem here ([_verification] => IPN Not Verified). It has stopped working for me today. So the only possible thing is, that PayPal has made changes.
