My version doesnt appear the updates

Hello,

I've hostbill since 2011
I've just upgraded now as usual via auto update plugin and successful, now its written i'am on 26-9-2014 ver

However, I cannot see the new yServer theme via client area theme, nor the "ticket report plug in" to enable via plug in in settings nor amazon EC2 new module nor the Leave Feedback Module !

Why is that?! is there anything going wrong here ?

What version did you upgrade from?

Also, the ones you mention (yServer, EC2 module) are paid plugins - you have to purchase these for them to work.  You don't just get them free with the upgrade.

Well, what about the leave feedback and report ticket to manager modules ? also paid?  or how to activate them ?

Unfortunately, these are all modules you have to purchase.
