How to remove the block tickets?

I blocked the tickets to a client, now do not know how I can unlock ... remove this block, so that the customer can send back the tickets?

Settings --> Security --> Banned Emails.

I agree - this is a bug as I added a blocked user and cannot see them.  Please raise with KBKP and I will do the same.

The only way to do this (in the interim) is a database hack - although I have not looked into how you achieve this but I am sure its a table with blocked email addresses in.
