Support and Staff Signatures

Dear All,

We use the support module with multiple departments and multiple staff.  Staff also have their signatures setup in Support --> Staff Members.

The side affect is that the staff email signatures (which are quite big for us) appear in tickets as well as emails.  We want the email signatures to appear in the emails but not in the Client Portal. (The Client Portal includes the staff name in the thread anyway).

Does anyone else have this issue?  I am pretty sure its a bug and have submitted so to Kris.  But I thought I would ask the community as well.
