I edited your post.  I didn't change any of what you wrote but your URL's were broken because you had http://http:// and you had " " before and after.  I simply removed and fixed the broken links for you.  You can review the edit history yourself as nothing has been changed.

I'm interested in this module (or a similar one that offers Email from inside HostBill) but the links are not functional anymore and their site does not show any HostBill modules for sale.

Does this means they discontinued this module and do not sell it anymore?

We are no longer offering modules for HostBill for two reasons:

• HostBill forbade the usage of 3rd party modules some time ago
• We became an official WHMCS partner
