Title: Add an expiry date to "Prevent auto suspend" feature.
Post by: electric on October 11, 2014, 04:53:51 PM
Hello,

It often occurs that a customer will ask for an extension to pay their invoice.  So we use the new "prevent auto suspend" feature to allow their hosting to continue without being suspended.  This works well.

However, it would be nice to have the ability to specify an expiry date for this feature.  So for example, if the customer asks for 1 week extension for your payment... we can specify the date when this feature will expire.  Then after that date passes, their account will be suspended like normal.

Otherwise, if we forget about this customer.... then their account will NEVER expire since this feature is enabled without any expiry date.

Thanks.

Have you checked recently?

It appears this feature has now been implemented.
