Free fields for Client Functions

Dear All,

I would like to add some free text fields into the client area.  We have a custom service that we want to supply details for in the client area. 

If we go into the admin area, select and Order Page --> Client Function you can add a link but you cant add other custom fields to add customer information for the client to view.  This could be a license key etc.

Any ideas how to achieve this?  Is there a module that can be used to produce these free text fields?

Can you explain in more detail please, perhaps with screenshots?

Please see attached screenshot of the client area where I want to place custom information into.  However, in the admin area you can only add a 'Custom Link'.  If I want to add a username and password to this area, how do we do it?

Add a "component" to the service that is hidden during the checkout process (dont check the show in cart option) and has no upgrade / downgrade abilities.

After a custome rplaces an order, you can manually fill in these fields and they will show up on their "service details" page (and the license if you choose).
