Hello anyone!

I just installs HostBill on my server, but when I try to change something in the admin panel of data, I can not make any changes.
I was hard to explain, please immediately try to log into my admin panel HostBill.
URL: http://my.indoworx.com/admin/
User: admin
Pass: admin

after logged, let you go to General Settings and try make change my hostbill data (like Company Name, Client Area Template, etc)
Can you make change?

I'm confused, why can not make any changes?
my server run with php 5.3 (before i've install php 5.4, and downgrade it to 5.3)

Anyone can help me to solve this problem?

The credentials supplied do not work.

Also, you need to secure your site with an SSL certificate.  But lets deal with the issue first.

Why do I need an SSL certificate? while installing the first I ever HostBill on my old server, works fine without SSL certificate.   :-\

Hi Gunawan,

Please allow other people from outside your IP to be able to perform login.
The admin > admin login is fine i guess but it is not allowed to login from another IP that yours.

But aside from login problems, i've encountered some of this "unresponsiveness" of HostBill several times.
The thing that you want to try first is to clean the template cache / compiled template of your hostbill.

It is the template_c folder, try to delete everything except the index.php file.

Because you don't want anyone on the internet being able to sniff your login details in cleartext?  (Its not a usability thing, its a security and best practise thing).  Of course, its your choice and I was only making a suggestion.
