Hello,
I'm trying to use promotional code. I've generate a 50€ promotional code. I buyed a 35€ product. Total is obviously 0€ but:
1 - I find a invoice for the VAT
2 - I was redirect to paypal and the amount was the original price of the product.

What is wrong?
Thanks

Lawrence

We'll need more information before properly troubleshooting this. It sounds like a bug, but I'm not experiencing this myself, and I use Paypal for my portal.
- Are any addons included with the product?
- Are you including a domain for the product?
- Did you remember to select products in the select box, and choose billing cycles for your product?

Thanks for posting your version. The best thing we can tell you is to upgrade to the latest version. Unfortunately finding someone else using version 4.3.0 is going to be hard as most of us have already upgraded. Do you still have access to updates? If not, you will have to renew your licensing. (If you have a lifetime license, or at least an affordable license rate of $45/yr, then you should be good to go for the most part)

If anyone else here would care to respond if they're using version 4.3.0, then by all means. :)
